Delivery Policy

Dalatmilk Shop Da Nang provides fast and reliable home delivery. Below are the details of our delivery policy:

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all inner districts of Da Nang City, including: Hai Chau, Thanh Khe, Son Tra, Ngu Hanh Son, Lien Chieu, and Cam Le.

2. Delivery Time

• Orders placed before 17:00 daily: Delivered within 2-4 hours after order confirmation.
• Orders placed after 17:00 daily: Delivered before 12:00 noon the next working day.
• Note: Exact delivery time may vary by address and will be confirmed via email/message.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees for Da Nang districts:

• Hai Chau, Thanh Khe:
  • Fee: 15,000 VND.
  • Free delivery for orders from 200,000 VND.
• Son Tra, Ngu Hanh Son:
  • Fee: 25,000 VND.
  • Free delivery for orders from 300,000 VND.
• Lien Chieu, Cam Le:
  • Fee: 30,000 VND.
  • Free delivery for orders from 350,000 VND.

4. Receiving Process

To ensure the best product quality, especially for fresh pasteurized milk, please check the product (packaging, expiry date) upon delivery and store in the refrigerator as soon as possible.
