Dalatmilk Shop Da Nang is committed to your satisfaction and peace of mind. Our clear return policy protects your rights as a customer.
1. Cases Eligible for Return/Exchange
We accept free and immediate returns/exchanges for products in the following cases:
- Products delivered are not as ordered (wrong type or quantity).
- Products are defective due to manufacturer error (damaged packaging, abnormal product inside, etc.).
- Products are expired at the time of delivery.
2. Return/Exchange Time & Method
- Please check the product carefully upon delivery and notify our staff immediately if there is any issue. We will exchange it on the spot.
- For issues not detected at delivery, please contact Zalo 0982 733 777 within 24 hours of receipt and send photos of the defective product for fastest support.
- We will exchange for a new equivalent product in the next delivery or as soon as possible, completely free of charge.
3. Cases Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
We regret that we cannot accept returns/exchanges for products received more than 24 hours ago or for issues caused by improper storage (e.g., pasteurized milk left at room temperature).
